Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Digital Products

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of the digital products ("Product") offered by Miss Lisa's School of Latin ("Seller") to the purchaser ("Buyer"). By purchasing the Product, you agree to these Terms.

2. Purchase and Payment

  • Payment must be completed via the designated payment method before access to the product is granted.

  • The price of the Product is specified at checkout and is subject to change without notice.

3. Delivery of digital products

  • The products will be delivered electronically by email download link upon successful payment.

  • The Seller is not responsible for any technical issues that prevent the Buyer from downloading the digital product.

4. License and Usage

  • The Buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Commercial redistribution, resale, or sharing of the digital product is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All rights, including copyright, in the digital product remain with the Seller or the original copyright holder.

  • The Buyer does not obtain any ownership rights other than the license to use the digital product as specified.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Due to the digital nature of the Product, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not provided unless the product is defective or not delivered as described.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Seller makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Product.

  • The Seller is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Product.

8. Modifications

  • The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, USA.
